"Dietary sources of oxalates for some foods are listed below, along with the average amount of oxalates in a 100-gram serving.

Rhubarb, raw — 1,060 mg
Spinach, raw — 650 to 1,290 mg (varies by variety)
Spinach, cooked — 755 mg (about ½ cup)
Swiss chard, raw — 657 mg
Almonds — 369 mg
Dark chocolate — 232 mg
Peanuts — 131 mg
Sweet potato, baked or broiled — 126 mg
