Over the years, we have watched women and men carry silent doubt after hard seasons. Strong on the outside. Questioning on the inside.

That’s why we created Pursuing Confidence.
On April 18, we’re gathering women and men for an intentional, uplifting luncheon focused on confidence, connection, and local impact.

Empowering voices carry weight. They show up in leadership, in service, and often behind the scenes; building what others get to experience.

We are proud to have Jesse Hinnant leading operations for Pursuing Confidence. A retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with 20 years of leadership and human resources experience, Jesse has served through multiple deployments and continued that same commitment in the nonprofit sector, including his role as AmeriCorps Director at Metropolitan Ministries.

Today, he helps lead V O I C E S Against SA and Pursuing Wellness, building the structure that allows real impact to happen in our community.

This event doesn’t happen without leaders like him. Empowering Voices. Strengthening Community. We are grateful for his leadership and steady presence.

Pearl is a Say Yes to Your Life™ Coach, author, speaker, and retreat facilitator, known for helping women break free from the midnight worry cycle, set boundaries without guilt, and finally put themselves first.

As the founder of the SHERO Movement, she empowers women to become Stronger, Happier, Empowered, Radiant, and Original — reclaiming their identity beyond roles and responsibilities.
