School is back in session, and germs are circulating! 🏫🦠

I always recommend going over proper hand-washing techniques with your children so that their hands stay clean and healthy! This is one of the best things we can do to be preventative and decrease the spread of illnesses.

Here are some important steps:

1️⃣ Wet hands with clean running water.
2️⃣ Apply soap and lather well, including the back of the hands, between fingers, and under nails.
3️⃣ Scrub for at least 20 seconds, singing a fun song or count together. We like to sing Happy Birthday twice!
4️⃣ Rinse hands thoroughly under running water.
5️⃣ Dry hands with a clean towel or air dry them.

By teaching good hand hygiene, we empower our children to protect themselves and others from germs. Let's make handwashing a healthy habit!

Our Story

At Hunt Club Pediatrics, our goal is to offer effective, personalized health care in a friendly and nurturing environment. We allow walk-ins all day because we know that accidents happen and children aren’t in charge of when they get sick. Your children can receive good, quality care here all day long. Since Dr. Carlos Chaban founded Hunt Club Pediatrics in 1999, this is the goal that has guided us and allowed our practice to grow and serve thousands of patients throughout Central Florida.

Our highly skilled providers are skilled and well-educated in the ever-changing and ever-growing field of pediatrics. We are able to treat a wide range of patients including healthy children as well as those suffering from highly complex diseases and disorders.
