Good morning, Valley residents!
Our February newsletter is now available and filled with helpful updates, reminders, and community information. If you would like a paper copy, you may pick one up at the office, mailboxes, or at the clubhouse at your convenience.

For residents who are homebound or unable to pick one up, please feel free to call the office, and we will be more than happy to deliver a copy directly to you. As always, thank you for being a valued part of our community!

REMINDER: We will be having freezing temperatures throughout the weekend. If you haven't already prepared your home and pipes, now if the time. Stay warm and have a great weekend!!

Our residents and HOA have transformed their carts into a glittering, musical, moving light show—and you won’t want to miss a single moment! 🎅🚗💡
Grab your lawn chairs, blankets, and hot cocoa, and come out to the road and enjoy the festive fun as the holiday spirit lights up The Valley! 🌟🎶🍫

Hello Valley Residents,

As your Community Manager, I want to take a moment to reach out to those in our community who may be homebound or not feeling their best. While we no longer deliver newsletters door-to-door, they are always available here on our page on the first of each month, and printed copies can be picked up at the office or by the mailboxes.

However, we understand that some residents may not be able to get to these locations due to health or other circumstances. In an effort to ensure everyone stays connected and informed, we are happy to provide home delivery of the newsletter for those who need it.

If you, or someone you know in our community, would benefit from having a printed newsletter delivered each month, please feel free to reply to this message or call the office with your name and lot number. We will be more than happy to make those arrangements to ensure you stay connected and informed.
