A Very Powerful Word From the ACP-Amazing Coach Preach

Why Stretching Is So Important. (Having problems with success on and off the court? Try this!!)

All muscles need to be stretched for us to get peak performance.
And, the most important muscle is...your mind! We stretch to prepare for action. We are going to run more power through our body so we need to relax the muscles and warm them for more blood flow and nutrients .

Stretching is preparation. When we fail to prepare, then, we are preparing for failure: poor performance and injuries. Not enough blood flow, nutrients, and precise temperature were available when needed.

To stretch the mind, we must bathe it in faith to connect to the environment. God and the environment are one. We must be patient! Patience stretches the mind! We always have time to do tasks and we are not afraid or anxious when things don't go our way. We wait on God!

Failure to acknowledge him, failure to stretch, leads to injuries: bad choices and failure! If we acknowledge him, if we stretch and relax our minds with faith...everything changes to success!”

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.". (Matthew 6:33)
