Yogalates blends yoga and Pilates inspired exercises with an emphasis on core stability, posture, and controlled movement.
Move Well Feel Well begins with a great whole body warm up and stretch. Then we move into strength training, and then into circuit training cardio. Finish with a great cool down with foam rolling. This class is for all level, variations can be made for your specific skill set.
