March is Pet Poison Prevention Month 🐾

Nearly every day, we treat pets for exposures to common household toxins that are found in most of our homes. In January, we averaged 2.2 pets per day that had ingested foreign or toxic materials. That's 71 pets in one month alone!

Attached is a quick look at the top 10 toxins that pets are exposed to. Identifying potential hazards is the first step in keeping your pet safe. Safe storage and/or disposal of these hazards is crucial to long term safety.

If you think your pet may have ingested something harmful, contact us right away. Early action can make all the difference.
