Dr. Mendoza enjoys her work, particularly successfully solving patient's challenges. Even with her busy career, Dr. Mendoza makes involvement with community organizations a priority. Today is World Hearing Day and it’s a good reminder to pause and think about the sounds that shape your life.

Started by the World Health Organization, World Hearing Day shines a light on something we often take for granted, our ability to hear and stay connected.

Hearing is more than just sound. It’s your spouse’s voice from the next room. Your grandchild’s laugh. Conversations at church. Stories around the dinner table.
