We’re honored to support Amanda’s House – Mandolin Foundation Fundraiser, an organization doing incredible work providing transitional living, life-skills support, and mental health education for women and their children on their recovery journey.

Join us Thursday, April 23rd from 4–7 PM at Calvary Lutheran Church in Green Bay for an afternoon of connection, music, food, and fun — including a silent auction, raffles, and bake sale! Every dollar raised helps families rebuild stability, safety, and hope.

Recovery takes a village… and this is what a caring community looks like.

MARMA THERAPY w/ TUNING FORKS

Weighted tuning forks excel in applications where direct bodily contact is beneficial. Their strong vibrations and lower frequencies are ideal for:

~Targeting physical discomfort (muscle soreness, joint stiffness)
~Deep relaxation and grounding
~Working on specific body points or meridians
~Stimulating circulation and nerve endings

Unweighted tuning forks, conversely, produce clearer, audible tones with finer vibrations. They are typically used off the body, in the energetic field (aura), or near the ears. They are often preferred for:

~Clearing and balancing the chakras or biofield
~Meditation and spiritual attunement
~Space clearing
~Auditory therapies

Neither type is inherently "better"; they are simply different tools for different jobs. I use both in a session.
