Working with a client on her “knee pain”trying to avoid meniscus surgery- through Myofascial treatments we identified that her real injury is at her hip resulting in knee pain. Her response after recent treatment- “Overall, I think it IS getting better. I have more range in my hips than I've had in several months! The inflammation is only on the right/inside of the left knee. And a very noticeable GOOD difference in the left hamstring. NO pain”.
