Itās about that timeā¦.the week when motivation dips and those ambitious New Yearās goals start to feelā¦impossible. They call today āQuitters Dayā, but weāre not giving up on ourselvesā¦right?! Right!!
If youāre feeling tempted to quit, I see you. Hereās the truth: itās not about perfection, itās about consistency. Life will happenā¦busy weeks, sickness, travel, fatigue, stress. And that is okay! Instead of pretending youāll be perfectly consistent, move forward with your plans and goals with real life in mind. There will be setback, however setbacks are not failures, they are part of the process. How you show up after a setback is what matters. Give yourself grace and remember that a temporary pause does not erase the progress youāve already made! Remember why you started, and hang on to it. Whatever that goal wasā¦you owe it to yourself, my friend!! Donāt quit now.
