It’s about that time….the week when motivation dips and those ambitious New Year’s goals start to feel…impossible. They call today “Quitters Day”, but we’re not giving up on ourselves…right?! Right!!
If you’re feeling tempted to quit, I see you. Here’s the truth: it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency. Life will happen…busy weeks, sickness, travel, fatigue, stress. And that is okay! Instead of pretending you’ll be perfectly consistent, move forward with your plans and goals with real life in mind. There will be setback, however setbacks are not failures, they are part of the process. How you show up after a setback is what matters. Give yourself grace and remember that a temporary pause does not erase the progress you’ve already made! Remember why you started, and hang on to it. Whatever that goal was…you owe it to yourself, my friend!! Don’t quit now.
Reset, refocus, and show up for yourself right where you are. You’ve got this, one small win at a time! 💛
