In the short time Sarah has been working with us she’s demonstrated a good balance of patience, determination, and an openness to trying new things.

She knew it would take time for her body to heal and regain the stability and mobility necessary to achieve a healthy range of motion in her shoulder. She understood that it was a whole-body issue and not just a shoulder issue, and that lifestyle choices also played a part.

With her patience and determination, she’s now squatting, lunging, hinging, and rotating in ways she couldn’t before. She’s also sleeping better and waking up with better energy most mornings.

Paul Piechowski has been a dedicated Atlas athlete since January 2025. Even with pain and being told he couldn’t run, Paul showed great determination in not letting setbacks stand in the way of what was most important – competing in active events with his sons.

And this wasn’t just any kind of movement activity…

The Pikes Peak Ascent is a 13.3 mile race with a 7,800 foot vertical climb from Manitou Springs to the 14,115-foot summit of Pikes Peak.

There may come a time when you need to sacrifice a good choice for a great choice.

Regarding your health & fitness goals:
- Are you believing facts or just what you want to believe? Or in other words, is your desire influencing what you believe as fact?
- Is the exercise or wellness regimen you want to do truly best for you?
- Are modern conveniences really best for your personal needs?

We all should be somewhat skeptical of what we hear, see and what we tell ourselves, because often there's hidden or impure motives driving the advertisement or action.

Rachel Hall has been a dedicated Atlas athlete since January 2021 and has been hitting her goals ever since!

The thing about Rachel is “she does what it takes to be a champion,” says David Beiser, her Strength & Conditioning coach. She’s ready to dial in her nutrition, recovery, and sticks to her training regimen, all while pursuing a busy career and family life. She’s also a loving wife and proud dog momma!

Congratulations, Rachel & team, on taking the 1st place win in A level co-ed pure reverse & finishing 3rd in open level of women’s triples at this year’s Boatride tournament!! (Both are the highest levels to compete in for each division!!)

We’re proud to be working with you, Rachel! Thanks for your hard work, perseverance, and loyalty. We look forward to what comes next for you and your athletic goals!

If you see this handsome guy this week, wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! 🎁🎈It’s his birthday on 9/13 🎉🎊so he’s out of the office Thurs-Fri to enjoy this weather and family time. (He’s back in on Monday).
