Believe it or not, I keep a close eye on the clock so every part of your body receives the care and attention it needs. I focus much of the session on your back, shoulders, and neck, then divide the remaining time evenly between your arms and legs for a truly balanced massage. I also return to your shoulders, neck, and head for the final portion of the session, allowing everything to settle and fully relax. Creating balance is so important—it helps your body feel in harmony, supported, and deeply restored.
