This week’s challenge: stack small movement wins throughout the day. A few minutes each hour—stretching while the coffee brews or walking during calls—can support consistent activity, even during busy weeks.

These small resets build momentum. It’s not about perfect workouts; it’s about staying in motion.

Pattern recognition.

That's one of our magic sauces.

When an individual walks in with knee pain, there are so many presentations and reasons why that pain is occurring.

If it's joint, soft tissue, tendon, ligaments, etc...were going to figure it out and we're going to help you find ways to manage it at home as soon as possible.

MacGyvering things for home is one of the best parts of the gig anyways.

Does your rehab provider help you specifically where youre at or do they give you the cookie cutter sheets of exercises expecting full compliance?

If you want some guidance on where to start, comment "60 seconds" below and we'll send you our 60 Second Tendon Repair Roadmap!

Lately, the most common question around here has been:

“What’s that thing in the corner over there?”

That “thing” is Shockwave Therapy—and it’s been a game changer for both new and chronic tendon pain.

What do I mean by tendon pain?

I’m talking about things like:

Plantar fasciitis or heel pain

Achilles or patellar tendon pain (jumper’s knee)

Golfer’s or tennis elbow

Rotator cuff or shoulder pain

Certain back, neck, and muscle strains

It’s:

The first-step-in-the-morning pain that feels like stepping on glass

The elbow that flares up every time you try to “grip it and rip it” with indoor golf

The pain that gets better with rest, then comes roaring back the moment you resume activity

And for the record—

“Just rest and ice it, it’ll go away someday” is not how tendon pain actually works.

So what is Shockwave Therapy?

In plain English:

👉 Targeted sound waves “wake up” irritated, underperforming tissue and tell your body,
“Hey—repair mode. Now.”

What it actually does

Those acoustic pulses help:

Increase blood flow to damaged tissue

Stimulate new tissue regeneration

Break up scar tissue and calcifications

Calm overactive pain signals in the nervous system

All without surgery, drugs, or injections.

Your friendly reminder that you probably didn't get hurt laying on a treatment table...

You won't get all the way back on one either.

1.5x body weight being pulled here. Does that sound like an individual who's scared of their back "going out" again?

The Motus Rx process is here and it's real...

The only question is, what will you do when your daily movements and activities are thoughtless and fearless?

01/29/2026

Knee pain going away and then coming back?

Do you feel good for a bit with rest or medication but then when you get back at it, back to your sport or hobby, you are 3 steps farther behind?

Finding the true root cause of your situation is imperative, unfortunately many attempts to deal with knee pain simply revolve around the symptoms.

To learn more about where you fall in line, comment "60 seconds" and we'll send you our 60 Second Tendon Repair Roadmap to let you see the Motus Rx process to a confident and healthy lifestyle.

If you're a junior athlete with knee pain, or have a child with knee pain, do you know what to do? Rest and ice?

Does that get your athlete back out on the court next weekend?

Maybe...but it's not pretty when the pain returns x5 and your athlete is even more frustrated than the weekend before...

Meanwhile they tell you that "so and so" is about to take their place if they don't play, or all the practice over summer caused this...

It doesn't have to be this way for you or your junior athlete...

Motus has a 3 step process that is consistent, predictable, and welll established

1. Put the fire out
2. Find the root cause
3. Build a bigger cup

You or your junior athlete will have complete confidence and control over their situation when this process happens.

Do you want to know the pathway? DM "60 seconds" to get your 60 Second Tendon Repair Roadmap if you or your junior athlete are struggling with jumpers knee...

Winter conditions in Appleton can challenge even the most active individuals. Slippery sidewalks and icy driveways increase the risk of slips and setbacks.

Quick tip: Practicing single-leg balance near a counter or sturdy surface can help support stability and joint control—especially in icy conditions.

Simple strategies like this can make a big difference when the ground gets unpredictable.

has been working hard and getting after it to make sure she's right for the big push of basketball season. Tourney time, school ball, and eventually AAU will be a lot. But for her to perform at her best, she can't be wondering if every time she steps on the court if her knees are going to start aching or limiting her quickness.

She's more than ready for the grind after some shockwave therapy, quad strengthening, eccentric, training her lines up, and introducing energy storage and release principles.

If you or your junior athlete, basketball player, volleyball player or other jumping athlete are struggling with knee pain or jumpers knee, DM us "60 seconds" to receive your 60 second tendon repair plan.

I've been told the happiest people in the world are on a journey. I've also read that as long as you dance in the moments, your dots will align looking back.

I think both things to be true.

I also know that growth, expansion, and helping more people only can start at the level of the energy and mindset that I bring to the world.

Personal responsibility and accountability are a beautiful thing and this group is a shining example of what happens when you realize that you and only you are responsible for what happens in your life. Good or bad.

If you're hurting, struggling, lacking confidence in your body, in your sport, or in your striving to be healthier and be a better you, doesn't it make sense that you would only benefit from someone who understands you? Not because I have all the answers all of the time, but because I realize the only way you're happy is if you continue on your journey as well.

Pain, injury, and setbacks are a part of life, but they don't have to be the main theme.

If you want someone to come alongside you and help you on the journey, we might just be the right fit.

Not because we have the greatest tech or the cheapest services or because we take your insurance like other clinics may, but because we see you as you are...a growing, striving human who wants to be a better version of you.

If we invest in ourselves the same way, it stands to figure we get you. Doesn't it?

One small adjustment can influence how the entire system moves.

Today’s strategy: slow, controlled step-backs. These movements help support balance, hip control, and knee alignment—without overloading the joint.

Ideal as part of a warm-up or recovery day. The focus: move with intention, not speed.

Noticing movement restrictions or tightness is often the body’s way of signaling a need for attention. Early recognition can make a difference.
