Meet our Orthopedic & Sports Institute Physicians 💫

Today we learn more about Dr. Jay Minorik, Dr. David Ritzow, and Dr. Todd Schubkegel!

Dr. Minorik is a board‑certified orthopedic surgeon and one of the founding physicians at OSI. He specializes in managing complex shoulder and knee conditions, including those resulting from sports injuries and degenerative disorders. His practice includes complete orthopedic care for the upper and lower extremities, with particular expertise in joint replacement and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors

Dr. Ritzow, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at OSI, offers both surgical and non-surgical treatment options as part of comprehensive orthopedic care for bones, joints, and soft tissue. His practice encompasses a broad range of orthopedic procedures including anterior hip replacement, total knee replacement, arthroscopic surgery of the lower and upper extremities, treatment of hand and wrist conditions, as well as complete fracture care. In his free time, he can be found spending time with his family, staying active, and embracing the outdoors.

Dr. Schubkegel, a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, specializes in shoulder and elbow care. His areas of expertise include arthroscopic shoulder surgery with advanced techniques of rotator cuff repair, standard and reverse shoulder replacements, shoulder and elbow instability reconstruction, comprehensive orthopedic and sports medicine care, treatment of upper extremity nerve conditions, total elbow replacement and arthroscopic elbow surgery, fracture care, nonoperative arthritis management and joint preservation, occupational injury management, and more. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, exploring new trails, cooking, and playing guitar.

Dr. Kuplic is a board‑certified orthopedic surgeon and one of the founding physicians at OSI. He provides both surgical and non‑surgical treatment options and brings extensive expertise across a wide range of orthopedic specialties. His clinical focus includes shoulder, hip, and knee replacement; arthroscopic procedures; pediatric orthopedic care; and comprehensive treatment for injuries and conditions affecting bones, joints, and soft tissue. When he's not in the operating room or clinic, you can find him on the golf course, spending time with his family, or traveling.

Dr. Green is a board‑certified, fellowship‑trained orthopedic surgeon at OSI. He specializes in advanced foot and ankle care, offering minimally invasive procedures, bunion correction, plantar fasciitis treatments, complex and revision surgeries, total ankle replacement, and comprehensive sports injury management, including Achilles tendon tear, ankle ligament injuries, and more. Outside of medicine, Dr. Green enjoys running, boating, and spending time in Door County.

We spent part of the day exploring Oshkosh with Dr. Kevin Campbell and stopped by some iconic places around the community! We even ran into our friends at Advanced Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine !

Fun fact: Dr. Campbell enjoys squeezing in a workout at the Oshkosh YMCA over his lunch break💪

Dr. Eggert, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, has performed over 2,000 Mako Robotic‑Arm assisted procedures. He is dedicated to helping patients heal and get back to doing what they love.
