Continuing on with our April theme of "Springtime in Wisconsin," today we had an incredible time at our Old Fashioned History & “Make Your Own” Cocktail Class!

Residents got a taste of true Wisconsin tradition, learning how the classic Old Fashioned took on a local twist with brandy at the center. From there, everyone got to craft their own cocktail from start to finish—muddling, mixing, and garnishing.

Whether they chose sweet, sour, or press, each drink was a perfect reflection of personal taste and a fun nod to a Wisconsin favorite.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of history, hands-on fun, and great drinks. Cheers!
