I have taught yoga in a lot of different places through the years, but my class at the this morning stands out as the most epic. The beautiful view over Lake Michigan, all the yogis who showed up on their mat and the artsy vibe created a surreal environment. If you have not attended this monthly class, please do. It is held the first Saturday of each month from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
