Giving this rockstar a shout out as there are three more opportunities to catch her classes this year! 🤩 Cristi will be continuing to teach as a sub at the studio into the new year. She’s been with us since the beginning on her mat and plans to still see you in the studio practicing alongside you. Join her the next two Monday nights and next Saturday before she sets her sights on new horizons!

We’re bringing the warmth and healing sensations of Hawaii to you with this ultra-soothing 90 minute restorative experience. Think hot stone massage meets relaxing postures to release tension and create calmness within. Relax into supported yoga postures with the addition of hot stones placed to further relieve tension in your muscles, especially in your shoulders, back, and hips. The heat from the stones will help to increase blood flow to a certain area to enhance the restorative process.

The studio will be a Hawaiian like warm temperature, and essential oils will further transport your senses to the South Pacific. The studio will be extra serene ~ lit with soft candlelight. To further enhance this experience, some gentle sound healing will surround you including rain sticks, an ocean wave drum, and crystal singing bowls. Lavender scented eye pillows, a bolster, blanket, yoga towel, and yoga blocks will be provided. Please bring your mat and a water bottle. We recommend long sleeves and socks for easier placement of the hot stones.

Lauren Quella & Sandi Toppins will be your Hawaiian hosts for the evening. Investment: $45 ~ Visit www.graceunderfireyoga.com/events to reserve your spot. Please arrive by 6:50 to get settled ~ the studio door locks at 7:00. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

The Nutcracker Nidra: A Restorative Holiday Sound Journey guided us into deep relaxation beneath the glowing tree, stirring our imaginations and bathing us in warm wonder… complete with a visit to the magical Land of Sweets. ✨ baked the cutest snowflake gingersnap cookies for this event. 👩🏻‍🍳

A friendly reminder since it’s that time again ~ If we need to cancel any classes due to poor road conditions, you will be notified if you’re already registered for class. Since we require pre-registration for classes, if you’re not already signed up, you’d see the class cancellation on the schedule at least an hour before.
