Compassionate Home Health Care Inc.

Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. "A Community That Cares." (Not for profit) Home health is not age, gender, or ethnically limited.

Compassionate Home Health Care is a not-for-profit organization that helps subsidize the high cost of personal care, hygiene and cleaning products to community members who struggle to purchase these basic necessities. CHHC partners with local organizations such as ADRC, St. Vincent de Paul, Helping Hands Caregivers, Harbor House, Pillars, and many more in order to distribute these products. Our partners are essential in getting our collected donations into the hands of community members. Compassionate Home Health Care holds many fundraisers and campaigns throughout the year to further benefit community members and our local economy. As Covid-19 restrictions brought on an economic crisis for our local businesses, we also saw an increased need of hygiene and cleaning supplies from our community members. Between the months of April and June, we hold our campaign which brings these two unique situations together while also bringing our community together. During our campaign, we support and partner with local businesses while they support our mission of collecting donated items. Check out our facebook or website https://www.chhcinc.org/lets-make-a-difference/ to see a list of our current partners and where you can donate your items!

is our biggest fundraiser of the year and is held on August 20, 2022! A music festival stretched across three stages on CityDeck with 13 Wisconsin local bands starting at 12pm. Our headliner for 2022 is Vic Ferrari and the Symphony who just recently announced their retirement and this will be one of their final outdoor shows. We will host a variety of genres including acoustic rock, 80’s hair metal, country, and more! Alongside some outstanding food vendors, there will be beverage tents serving water, beer and wine along with concessions. All proceeds of directly benefits Compassionate Home Health Care. We have many opportunities for the community to be involved from the planning stages, sponsorship, vendors, volunteers, and more! To learn more about these opportunities, check out our website. https://rockthedockgreenbay.org/

We just celebrated our 10th annual which accomplished reaching over 6200 individuals in 2021. During the months of October through December, we partner with local businesses as donation drop offs all over Northeast Wisconsin. Once these generous donations are collected, we hold multiple bagging events at our warehouse. We could not fulfill our mission without the efforts of our community members who join us as volunteers to bag items, stuff envelopes, ect. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities that can be accomplished by a variety of ages young or old and differing abilities. Please reach out if you would like to be a part of our . https://www.chhcinc.org/ourpartners/holidaygivingcampaign/

Imagine not having access to basic hygiene itemsβ€”not because you forgot them at the store, but because you simply can’t afford them.

For thousands in our community, this is a reality. And it’s more than an inconvenienceβ€”it’s a systemic barrier that impacts health, dignity, and opportunity.

At Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. (CHHC), we don’t just see hygiene poverty as a lack of productsβ€”we see it as a public health issue and a root cause of inequity.

When individuals go without essentials like soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, or durable medical equipment, it can lead to:
🚫 Increased risk of infection
🚫 Worsening chronic conditions
🚫 Barriers to employment and school
🚫 Loss of dignity and confidence

Through our A Community that Cares program, CHHC is working to reduce health disparities, support economic stability, and ensure every person has access to the essentials they need to live safely and with dignity.

Because everyone deserves more than just getting byβ€”they deserve the opportunity to thrive.

πŸ’™ Join us in addressing hygiene poverty at its root.

Imagine having to choose between buying food or buying basic essentials like shampoo, deodorant, toilet paper, or cleaning supplies. For so many in our community, this isn’t just a possibility β€” it’s reality.

At Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. , we see the impact of hygiene poverty every single day. It affects health, dignity, confidence, and the ability to simply show up in the world. And for many, it’s something they face in silence.

Our Spring/Summer Campaign is focused on meeting these critical needs β€” including:
🧼 Personal hygiene items
🧻 Household essentials
🩺 Adult incontinence supplies for men & women
πŸ₯« Non-perishable food (when available)
β™Ώ Durable Medical Equipment for those waiting weeks or months through traditional systems

Because of YOU and our incredible partners, we are able to step in when others are waiting, denied, or unsure where to turn.

But the need is growing β€” and with recent changes in community resources, support is more important now than ever.

✨ You can make a difference:
βœ”οΈ Donate hygiene or household items
βœ”οΈ Make a monetary contribution
βœ”οΈ Share this post to spread awareness

Together, we can ensure no one has to go without the essentials they deserve.

πŸ’™ A Community That Cares πŸ’™

At Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. (CHHC), we believe that strong communities are built when people come together to support one another. Our A Community That Cares Program is rooted in that belief.

Through this program, CHHC works alongside local partners, volunteers, and supporters to ensure individuals and families have access to essential health, hygiene, and household products β€” items that many people are often forced to go without when budgets are tight.

No one should have to choose between buying food and purchasing soap, toothpaste, shampoo, or other basic necessities.

Because of the incredible support from our community, over 40,000 individuals have been reached since 2015 through CHHC’s outreach, campaigns, and programs. Together, we are helping children, seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities maintain dignity, health, and well-being.

But this work only continues when communities step forward and say: We care.

You can be part of the difference by:
βœ” Donating health & hygiene products
βœ” Volunteering at community events
βœ” Supporting CHHC fundraisers
βœ” Sharing our mission with others

When a community cares, lives change.

πŸ’™ Aging with Dignity Starts with Access πŸ’™

Imagine facing daily life without a walker, wheelchair, or even basic hygiene products. For many older adults across Wisconsin, this is a reality they quietly endure.

At Compassionate Home Health Care Inc. (CHHC), we believe no one should have to choose between safety, health, and dignity. Through our Community that Cares program, we provide essential hygiene supplies and life-changing Durable Medical Equipment (DME)β€”including wheelchairs, walkers, canes, bedside commodes, and incontinence productsβ€”to those who need it most.

With the heartbreaking closure of Jake’s Network of Hope, the need in our communities has grown significantly. More individuals and families are turning to CHHC for supportβ€”and we are committed to showing up.

Thanks to incredible partnerships with Unity Hospice and Bellin Health, we are able to continue distributing vital equipment across Wisconsinβ€”but we can’t do it alone.

✨ This is where you come in.
Your support helps ensure older adults can remain safe, independent, and connected in the place they call home.

Together, we are not just providing suppliesβ€”we are restoring dignity, improving health, and helping our neighbors age with compassion and care.
