CONGRATS MAMAS 🩷🩵🩷

Fun spotlight: here at Innovate we have worked with 12 pregnant mamas! We are officially moving into the post partum phases of our treatments as of Friday, our last mom had welcomed her newborn into the world🥰

It’s been fun and I’m so excited to have been a part of the portion of helping each through her pregnancy but also so excited to help with the postpartum care! 💪

Let’s give a S/O to Devon 👏 our newest Innovate VIP! 💪

We started seeing Devon with a main complaint of Low back pain- with his job as a paramedic and his love for golf , that back pain was getting in the way of his day to day activities!

Meet our Friend, Jon 🌟

Jon came to us after dealing with shoulder pain that just wouldn’t go away for over 3 months! He is an avid golfer and when he noticed his shoulder pain was decreasing his golf distance he knew he needed to get some help. Jon also noticed that while reading to his kiddo he would get the pain as well. As a parent I knew I needed to help!

So fast forward and after just 2 visits Jon’s symptoms were minimized… next step was restoring range of motion and strengthening! By the end of our treatment plan Jon was able to read to his kiddo without pain, turn to the right, do push ups without feeling weakness, and best yet, HIT FURTHER DISTANCES WITH HIS DRIVE… WITHOUT PAIN 🙌🙌💪

Between the instructions at Innovate and the work put in outside of visits, Jon completed his care plan beautifully and we couldn’t be more excited for him! 🏌️
