Abuse of power always depends on silence. Many of us recognize this pattern because we’ve lived it —
in homes, institutions, systems.

There are moments when naming what’s happening
is the most stabilizing thing we can do. Speaking doesn’t fix everything, but it breaks isolation and builds connection.
