This one is special! has worked so hard over the last 9 months to achieve this goal - even with a 6 week break. We are sooo so proud of her for staying committed and really building her new active lifestyle! And what’s even more special… she has been studying to be a certified personal trainer along the way! And we are so excited to officially start her onboarding process and get her coaching classes come February! 💪🏼

Cindy has been coming to thrive classes since April and she has been sooo committed to building strength, better balance and working on her overall health! She event finished her first 5K recently!! We are so proud of her for making this commitment to bettering herself in 2025 and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!
