Important Business Update: Evolving to serve you better
Dear clients and colleagues,
For years, I've had the pleasure of providing therapeutic manual therapy and massage to this community. To better support your health journey and provide higher-level care, I am evolving my practice from private pay manual therapy model to a focused outpatient rehab model.
After careful consideration and a desire to better serve clients needing in-depth, goal-oriented care, I am excited to announce that I am transitioning my practice to a specialized high quality outpatient rehabilitation model.
Effective April 2026 my focus will shift to occupational therapy rehabilitation that accepts insurance. This transition allows me to provide comprehensive care plans aimed at functional recovery and pain management.
What this means for you:
✅ Insurance Accepted: I will be credentialed with most Insurance Carriers/Medicare
✅ Medical Necessity: Sessions will now require a tailored treatment plan focused on Dr’s orders, specific measurable goals and functional outcomes.
✅ Direct Access: Most insurance companies allow a certain amount of sessions each year for occupational therapy direct access where a Dr’s order or referral is not necessarily needed although always apreciated. So check your individual insurance plans to see what they allow.
✅ Rate Update: To reflect the specialized nature of these services, my private pay (non-insurance) rates will be increasing. That information will be posted once my insurance contracts are approved.
Existing clients with appointments booked after March will be contacted directly to discuss these changes. I am committed to supporting you through this transition and ensuring you continue to receive the highest standard of medical, therapeutic and/or wellness care.
