On October 15th, candles will be lit around the world for the Wave of Light, a global act of remembrance for babies gone too soon. 🕯️

Families everywhere will join together lighting a candle at 7 pm in their local time zone, creating a continuous wave of light that circles the globe for 24 hours.

When you light your candle, know that many hearts glow beside yours.

Together, we remember and honor our babies with love. 💛

I specialize in the perinatal population which includes pregnancy, postpartum, grief, miscarriage, infertinity, NICU, parenthood, relationships and so much more. We are so excited to welcome Diana Aguilar to our amazing Perinatal team at CCP! She is also bilingual, and going to be a great asset to our Spanish speaking clients! Here is a little bit about Diana:

What I'm most passionate about is accompanying people in their transformation process, helping them heal, grow, and improve their relationships. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, grief, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, offering specialized support during conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

Lo que más me apasiona es acompañar a las personas en su proceso de transformación, ayudándolas a sanar, crecer y mejorar sus relaciones. Me especializo en apoyar a personas en transiciones vitales, duelo, depresión y ansiedad. Además, estoy certificada en Salud Mental Perinatal y ofrezco apoyo especializado durante la concepción, el embarazo y el posparto.
