As we close out Mentoring Month, we're taking time to recognize our awesome interns! Our interns are an invaluable part of the team that encourage continuous growth and learning. January is a hard month on many people: from the frigid cold, slower schedules after the holidays, and a higher risk of illness this time of year, it sometimes feels like Winter is never ending.

Brighter and warmer days are ahead. It is okay to just make it through this time of year!

Due to extreme cold our physical offices (Appleton & Green Bay) will be closed today, 1/23. Our admin team has been reaching out to those with an in-person appointment to reschedule or switch to a virtual session. Check your email or voicemail for more info. We will reopen Monday 1/26.

Group registration deadlines are THIS WEEK!

You have until TOMORROW (1/19) to register for CRESCENDO and until FRIDAY (1/23) to register for all other groups. Check your email for registration links and information on recommended groups for you/your child.

Drawing Together - An art therapy group intended to foster creativity and encourage experimentation in an atmosphere of cultural exchange, conversation, encouragement, and freedom of expression. The weekly sessions include structured art interventions that encourage collaboration with others and creative expression.

Dynamic Drumming - A music and movement group (16+). While drumming on yoga ball drums, group members will learn and practice choreographed routines with opportunities for creativity and improvisation. This group will address social skills, emotional regulation and expression, leadership skills, self-esteem, motor skills, teamwork, and creativity.

** CRESCENDO will begin January 28th and the registration deadline for this group will be Monday, January 19th

CODA - A group that gathers tween and teens with similar strengths and needs with a goal to improve upon their socializing skills. This group will incorporate listening to favorite music, expanding knowledge of music and instruments, creative movement, song writing and working together with problem solving and teamwork.

CRESCENDO - A performance group (mid-teens-early 20s), this group gives members an opportunity to be a part of a band and build connections, practice, social skills, play instruments, and create music with their peers.

REVERB - A music therapy group for preteens (roughly 10-12) focused on executive functioning skills, social engagement, conversational language, interpersonal skills, empathy, cognitive skills, self-esteem, emotional insight, regulation, mindfulness, relaxation, and leadership skills.

RESOLVE - a creative arts group for young teens (roughly 13-15) focused on emotional insight and depth of understanding and awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, distress tolerance, and coping strategies.
