PRN Home Health & Therapy We provide skilled nursing care and therapy for patients in their homes, as well as contract therapy

PRN Home Health & Therapy has been providing skilled nursing and therapy care services to patients throughout Wisconsin in the comfort of their own homes since 2015. Home could mean a residence or in an assisted living facility. We also provide contract therapy services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Our home health nurses can provide care in these Wisconsin counties: Brown, Calumet, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green, Green Lake, Marinette, Oconto, Outagamie, Rock, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara and Winnebago. Our contract therapy team can provide assistance in any Wisconsin county.

Her journey in healthcare began in home health and hospice as a CNA, where she discovered how much she enjoyed providing 1:1 care in a non‑controlled environment.
