PRN Home Health & Therapy We provide skilled nursing care and therapy for patients in their homes, as well as contract therapy

PRN Home Health & Therapy has been providing skilled nursing and therapy care services to patients throughout Wisconsin in the comfort of their own homes since 2015. Home could mean a residence or in an assisted living facility. We also provide contract therapy services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities. Our home health nurses can provide care in these Wisconsin counties: Brown, Calumet, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green, Green Lake, Marinette, Oconto, Outagamie, Rock, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara and Winnebago. Our contract therapy team can provide assistance in any Wisconsin county.

Weā€™re thrilled to welcome Andrea, RN, to our team. With over 14 years of nursing experience, Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to patient care.

Her journey in healthcare began in home health and hospice as a CNA, where she discovered how much she enjoyed providing 1:1 care in a nonā€‘controlled environment. That early experience shaped her love for meeting patients where they are and delivering care that feels personal, grounded, and meaningful.

Andrea is excited to use old skills, learn new ones, and be part of a collaborative teamā€”and weā€™re just as excited to have her energy and expertise with us.
