I am so deeply honored (and honestly a little emotional) to be presenting at the ATTACH 2026 Conference. 💛

This conference is incredibly near and dear to my heart. ATTACH’s commitment to strengthening caregiver-child relationships and building secure attachment through science, compassion, and community reflects the core of why I do this work.

I’ll be presenting:

✨ 6E: HeARTwork — Creating Secure Attachment Through Trauma-Informed Artmaking

This workshop explores the integration of trauma-informed artmaking into attachment-focused therapy. Together, we’ll look at how creative expression can:

🎨 Foster co-regulation
🎨 Repair attachment wounds
🎨 Support emotional safety and trust-building
🎨 Offer nonverbal pathways for children to access and integrate difficult experiences

Through hands-on experiential activities, participants will learn how art becomes more than a tool, it becomes a relational bridge.
As a clinician, educator, and creative, this topic lives at the intersection of my heart and my practice. Attachment repair is not just cognitive — it is embodied, relational, and often beyond words. Art allows us to access that space gently and powerfully.

If you’re attending the ATTACH Conference, I would love to see you there.
Let’s make space for healing that is creative, relational, and brave. 💫

Each card is rooted in the spirit of the land.
