Watermelon slushy: cut and cube your watermelon, freezing half of it.
In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen and 1 cup fresh watermelon with the juice of a lime. Fill with water just covering the fruit, add 1/2 frozen banana for added sweetness (if so desire). Top with some fresh mint or just enjoy as is.
