โI incorporate principles of the Melt Method developed by Sue Hitzman. We use an assortment of balls: hard & soft, large & small, along with a softer roller to work with the connective tissue, or fascial system of the body. The connective tissue system surrounds all aspects of the body - including muscles, bones, nerves and organs as it supports, protects and stabilizes. This is a malleable system that is responsive and can adapt to pressure from the props that we use in class.โฃ

The Restorative Movement aspect of the class is based on my work as a Teacher of the Alexander Technique and as a professional dancer. Simple movements along with anatomy visualizations provide a deepening into and opening of our physical structure.โโฃ
