Erica is just cool. The kind of human who feels like sunshine in a room. She’s fun, adventurous, genuine, and full of love. She fills in to teach whenever she can but recently she’s been regularly teaching Touch & Flow with Alicia (a massage therapist) and it has become such a sweet, soulful addition to our offerings.
Her handmade earrings, facial oils & lotions are amazing too!
I’ve loved getting to know this beautiful soul more and I’m so grateful she’s part of our YogaShop family. ✨

I’ve known Danna for years but I think yoga is what truly brought us together. She is one of the most hardworking women I know and also one of the kindest and most thoughtful. Her genuineness shines through in everything she does, especially in her teaching.
Her classes are grounded, welcoming, and full of warmth. She teaches at the YogaShop when she can (when she’s not running her other businesses) and I am so grateful to have her as part of this family.

Because of our students, teachers, friends & family who showed up for donation-based classes in December, we were able to give $1,500 to the Lakeland Pantry. This donation helped to purchase a new freezer that will store food for families in need.

Yoga has always been about connection, compassion, and showing up for one another. I am incredibly grateful for the generosity of the YogaShop community! 🫶

Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude going out to YogaShop and all of the wonderful instructors who held donation based classes in December. We are so grateful to all who attended and made this $1,500 donation possible. We were able to purchase a new upright freezer by combining this gift with other recent contributions to support our mission. The rescued food from many local businesses now has a new home near the distribution line to safely store and distribute these items.🤗

Paige teaches when she can and we are always so grateful when she’s on the schedule. She travels for work but still finds time to share her practice with our community. I’ve loved having Paige as both a student and a teacher - she brings such a calm energy to the room. She’s sweet, adventurous, and genuinely fun to have around. Her classes are lovely, unique, and full of creativity and intention.

I’m truly grateful to have Paige as part of the YogaShop family. 🙏
