I’m filling in for the heated flow today at YogaShop and the sky this morning perfectly reflected the class! 🔥
We practice in the heat to help the body open more safely and deeply.
The warmth softens muscles, increases flexibility, and allows joints to move with more ease.
It supports circulation and helps the body release toxins through sweat.
The heat also builds focus.
It teaches us to stay present, to steady the breath, and to stay calm even when things get uncomfortable.
It’s a reminder that we can handle the challenge… not by fighting it, but by breathing through it.
A heated practice strengthens both body and mind. You’ll notice your endurance grow, your balance improve, and your ability to stay centered expand.
The warmth helps you let go of tension! Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
