Your eyes are just as vulnerable to UV damage as your skin. ☀️😎

Photokeratitis, often described as an eye sunburn, can happen from short bursts of intense UV exposure even when it is cloudy. Symptoms can include pain, tearing, redness, and light sensitivity.

The good news is that it is preventable!

Wear UV blocking sunglasses, choose lenses with full UVA and UVB protection, and use a hat for extra shade when you are outdoors.
