Community members, physicians and supporters gathered at Santa Anita Park for Lunar Carnival 2026, an evening blending Lunar New Year traditions with Mardi Gras festive flair. Guests enjoyed tastings from beloved San Gabriel Valley restaurants, live music and special appearances by the USC Marching Band and USC mascot Traveler. The event also honored dermatologist Dr. Shirley Chi, as Queen of Lunar Carnival 2026, with proceeds supporting USC Arcadia Hospital’s programs and future growth.
