We have been incorporating Biolase laser disinfection into our endodontic treatment protocol. Results have been simply amazing. Here is another case by Dr. David Li. Retreatment #3 with 3 month follow up. All pre-op swelling and pain were gone immediately after treatment. We are very impressed by Biolase!

Six month follow up on abutment tooth with lateral lesion.
Ultrasonic activation appeared to have opened up and cleaned lateral accessory canal. Bioceramic sealer as fill which resulted in puff leading into the lesion.

A cool case of excellent 2 week post-op healing after an extensive surgery. Tooth #30 apicoectomy with large apical lesion at mesial root and dehiscence at distal root. Root-end filling with Bioceramic sealer and putty, DFDBA at distal root.
Sutured with 5-0 chromic gut. Amazing healing after 2 weeks considering the scope of surgery.
We are certainly looking forward to the follow ups!
