When you don’t stretch properly your muscles stay tight and shortened after being under tension That leads to micro tears stacking up poor recovery and that deep soreness that hits harder the next day Add in limited blood flow and reduced mobility and now your body feels stiff heavy and painful instead of strong

Stretching isn’t optional it’s how you tell your body to recover reset and come back better
