Growth didn’t come from guessing. It came from the environment.

In the new episode of Faith in the Process, we talk about how real change happens when you surround yourself with people who already live the life you’re working toward. Instead of reinventing the wheel, I followed their daily habits — how they woke up, what they ate, how they trained their body and their mind, how they kept learning, and how they grew through each season.

It required blind faith. Trusting unseen progress. Believing that if I showed up the same way, the results would come even when I couldn’t see them yet.

This episode is all about letting go of control, trusting the process, and choosing your environment wisely.
