This workout is a staple in my chest routine and never fails to get a great pump! Make sure you pick the appropriate weight for each move. I oftentimes have a heavy pair for the chest press, a medium pair for the Champagnes and Fly's!

1) 5-10 DB Chest Press
2) 5-10 DB Champagne Press (Close Press)

How to Do a Barbell Hip Thrust | Perfect Form & Tips

WORKOUT OF THE DAY: Unlock the power of the Barbell Hip Thrust for strong and toned glutes! 🍑

In this video, we’ll show you how to perform the Barbell Hip Thrust with proper form, helping you maximize your glute gains and improve lower body strength.

Proper Form:

Starting Position: Sit on the ground with your upper back resting against a bench. Roll a barbell over your hips.
Thrust Movement: Drive through your heels, extend your hips upward, and squeeze your glutes at the top. Your body should form a straight line from shoulders to knees.
Lower Back Down: Slowly lower your hips back to the starting position.
Tips for success:

What I love most about the fitness business is its ability to bring people together! Fitness training, for me, has always been about more than just working out in the gym... For me, it's more about helping people tap into their greatest selves and seeing where that journey can take them!

It has always been a dream of mine to create a positive environment where people can thrive and be better! As adults, most of our options in life revolve around unhealthy food, alcohol, and other diminishing vices. Last year, we kicked off our first annual Blue Ribbon Wellness Retreat in Bali, and the experience exceeded expectations so much that we are heading back this August (11th-17th) and planning more destination retreats in the future!

I'm sharing this so that whoever reads this feels inspired, and for those who are in the fitness industry wondering how far you can take it, well, I say, "The sky is the limit!"

Stretching is probably one of the most important (and easiest) things you should be doing for your body, yet majority of us neglect to do it everyday. Literally give 5-10 minutes of your undivided attention to stretching every morning, and I guarantee you will start to notice yourself becoming more mobile, more flexible, and more grounded. Stretching first thing in the morning will improve your circulation along with cognitive function pretty much immediately. If your not sure what stretches to do, below is a video of my daily routine. These stretches will loosen up the whole body, so take your time with these stretches and focus on deep breaths that expand the rib cage.
