For those of us who come from families that are dysfunctional and estranged, the holidays can be especially trying as they bring awareness to where we have gaps in our family bonds.

✨How are you doing things differently to create healthier dynamics within your family?✨

My grandmother’s 90th bday is next month, so I plan to visit her and get our extended family together for a long overdue visit.

I’m super excited to see my family and connect. However, doing this planning also sheds light on the dynamics of our family and the generations of dysfunction.

It’s been my mission to create a different narrative between me and my son and I can securely say, mission accomplished!

Trauma cycles repeat until Someone is ready to say enough! To take the time to consciously create the relationship that feels good, is filled with love, support, respect and safety.

In the past year, I've navigated through numerous highs and lows concerning my finances, living situation, and health. By gaining clarity on my desires and purposefully taking steps in the right direction, a positive balance is gradually settling in. Yet, this wasn't a stroke of luck! I consciously set intentions and engaged in healing practices while elevating my self-worth. And, here's the scoop—it's all still a work in progress (WIP)! Hi Friends! I wanted to take a quick moment to re-introduce myself. If you’re on a healing journey, and learning how to heal your trauma, you’re passionate about Manifestation and creating a life you know is meant for you, and you know that the moon is magical, we are each other’s people. 🤍

🌙 I’m Lisa. I’m a trauma release practitioner & spiritual life coach.

🌙 I spent a lot of my life working as a hospice and palliative care nurse, and I was positively impacting souls toward the end of their lives, but I realize that I wanted my impact to be felt sooner.

🌙 I decided to embark on a new journey to help women heal their trauma and create magic within their own lives and now I spend my time helping women quantum create entire new paths for themselves.

✨ I hold a Bachelors in Metaphysical Science and am a Certified Metaphysical Anatomy Technique (MAT) Practitioner and a Quantum Coach.

🌙 I also have an autoimmune disease am so passionate about the idea that autoimmune disease can be triggered by trauma, so healing our trauma is not only a quintessential piece of our mental health, but also our physical health.
