We’re grateful to share this moment of support for our sister nonprofit, the Institute for Rural Psychedelic Care (IRPC). Being part of the Walking Each Other Home initiative reflects a shared commitment to care that honors dignity, meaning, and presence at the end of life.

This work is guided by the belief that end-of-life care isn’t only about managing symptoms - it’s about supporting reflection, connection, and the stories that shape a life. We’re deeply appreciative of for helping make this kind of care possible in rural communities, and for standing alongside this vision with such intention.

Periods of growth often come with uncertainty. Even positive change can feel disorienting - asking us to stretch, adapt, and let go of what once felt familiar.

Staying grounded during these times isn’t about forcing clarity or moving faster. It’s about noticing what supports steadiness: familiar routines, meaningful connection, and space to reflect as things unfold.

For some, that grounding might look like returning to simple rituals, slowing the pace of decision-making, or spending time in places that feel regulating and familiar. For others, it may mean naming what’s changing out loud, seeking support, or allowing rest to be part of the process.

Growth doesn’t have to feel rushed to be real. Support can help us move through change with more care, compassion, and presence.

Thoughtful conversations around psychedelic care at the end of life are essential as this work continues to evolve.

Our very own Dr. Michael Fratkin shares insights on hospice care, ethics, and medical responsibility in a recent podcast conversation exploring psychedelics in palliative settings.

Healing doesn’t begin with effort or insight, it begins when the body feels safe. Somatic work helps us listen to the nervous system and gently support it in returning to states of connection and regulation.

At Center for New Growth, safety is foundational to the care we offer; across therapy, integrative medicine, and somatic approaches. If this resonates, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to do this work by yourself. We are here to support you whatever way seems best fit! 💛

A new year can be a moment to pause, and gently anchor into change.

For many, this season brings reflection, uncertainty, and hope for something to feel different. Change doesn’t need to be rushed or navigated alone. It’s often supported best through community, guidance, and care that meets you where you are.

At Center for New Growth, we offer therapeutic support for individuals navigating depression, PTSD, and anxiety - including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Spravato - as part of a thoughtful, collaborative healing process. 🌀

If this year feels like an opening to explore support, we’re here to walk alongside you. Reach out to us today, or visit our website for more info. 💛
