Join us for a weekend silent meditation retreat. Some instruction on the Vipassana meditation method will be shared but participants are welcome to practice using whatever method works best for them. Vipassana means to see things as they really are. It is often defined as a practice that seeks “insight into the true nature of reality.” This retreat is for those new to meditation, as well as experienced meditators.
In addition to several sitting meditations each day there will be walking forest meditations and fire gazing meditations each evening. Hope you will join us for this opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and unplug. ❤️
