I had a fantastic time giving free massages to the wonderful artists beautifying the Arcata Plaza today at Pastels on the Plaza with Loving Hands Institute of Healing Arts. Exciting news! I'm rebranding and refocusing this page to better share my massage and reiki practice with you.

After two years of training at Loving Hands Institute of Healing Arts, I'm stepping more fully into my calling as a body and energy worker.
