My consisted of preparing for this 7-week Journey through the Chakras with Hoopdance of Humboldt! This introductory series will guide you in balancing the 7 chakra centers in the body through the vehicle of hoopdance, for $7 a class with work materials included. Every Monday from 5:30-6:30 PM at Arcata Core Pilates Studio, beginning TODAY with Chakra 1 - Foundation vs. Fear.

I have the utmost gratitude for this process of learning to be a teacher, because this is what I've been aspiring to teach. Thank you to all my students, who have taught me how to blossom into a teacher.

Hey hoopers! Just to let you know The Healing Circle has club meetings on Tuesdays and Thursday 2:30 - 4 in the Recreation and Health Center room 126. I will bring extra hoops for people & there will also be some tea n yummy snacks. Hope to see you there!
