About Tera! 💗
Tera is a holistic health practitioner. She has a deep love for all life and nature and draws from that connection and grounding energy that guides her in her work. She studied body work at the Heartwood Institute of Holistic Health and Healing in 2000. In her time there she received over 1,000 hours of training in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Hypnotherapy, Neuromuscular therapy and Advanced Clinical Techniques and Polarity therapy. Tera has acquired many skills in the realm of being a nurturer over the last 24 years as a mother, a farmer, and a backyard gardener. She brings this knowledge, compassion and gentle care into her practice as she holds space for her clients to relax, to unwind and to allow healing to happen. On her table you can go as deep as you are ready and willing to go into your personal healing. Working with your breath and going at the pace that you are ready for. Her goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed, to nourish your whole self, body, mind and soul. 🐋
