WTF! As I scroll through the “feed”today it is mostly ads for various tourist destinations and very strangely, police departments from around California!
This will be the end of Facebook for me. If this continues I will not bother to look at the “feed”as it is obvious what the real intention has always been with Facebook….. to make s**t tons of money!

This is exciting new evidence that breath-work expands the brains ability to create new neural pathways! As we work with breath in yoga and pranayama practice we are revitalizing our brains!

During times of stress, or when heightened concentration is needed, focusing on one’s breathing or doing breathing exercises can indeed change the brain.
