We live in a world full of toxins and impurities. Our bodies are working over time on a daily basis in order to counteract and release some of this build up. Here at Vital Flow we offer a variety of therapeutic services to help cleanse the body of some of the toxins it has accumulated through everyday life. Much like changing the oil in a car engine, our bodies have the ability to operate at an optimum level once we have flushed out some of the stagnant sludge that is bogging us down. On a physical level many people experience clearer skin, brighter complexion, less bloating, diminished fatigue, as well as weight and cellulite reduction. On an energetic level many experience an over all feeling of being clearer, lighter and more vibrant. Internally cleansing has the ability to boost the immune system, heighten some organ functions, and strengthen the muscles facilitating peristalsis. Many find cleansing to aid in mental clarity finding themselves feeling sharper and more attuned. Some also believe that this aids in their spiritual awareness and connection to source. The goal of Colon hydrotherapy is to help aid the body in opening the natural pathways of elimination. This is achieved through the introduction of temperature-regulated, filtered water into the large intestine for the purpose of removing accumulated waste and toxins. Many health care practitioners include Colonics as part of a combined treatment for yeast infections (Candida), constipation, hypertension, arthritis, depression, parasites, allergies, toxic metals, weight loss, liver problems, and more. The first step to debunking myths of colon hydrotherapy, is understanding the modality in the first place. Regularly I find when I talk to people about colonics they have a lot of misconceptions and fear around it. We live in a culture that has shamed us around anything having to do with our bowels, natural bodily processes and our rectum’s. We have been so reinforced to be disconnected from this very important part of us. This is one of the reasons I place such a large emphasis on education. My goal is that after you leave my office at the very least you have a better understanding of your body than you did before you came. Starting with the basics to help further elevate your understanding of how your body works. In that knowledge lives a ton of power. Power to take your life and health back into your hands. Power to start getting curious about the things that are working for you and the things that may not be. Often I tell clients the information is there right in front of you. The struggle can come in putting the pieces together and then decoding it. I’m here to help you unpack some the stuff that’s been bogging you down and to help make better sense of it all while it is happening.

LENS Neurofeedback ✨There are so many things that can be said about LENS. Trying to sum up the potency and potential of this software in words at times can be quite the under taking. To put it simply, it’s a quality of life enhancement tool. A way to help us reach our greatest potential within the limitations of our own genetic capabilities. True story! When our colon is toxic and backed up none of our other organ systems and pathways of detoxification can do their jobs correctly. This is because the Colon is the main exit transit out of the body. Our other systems lean and rely on it for the removal of their by products. Our p**p is so much more than just what we eat! 💩🤯👍💯When our colon is sluggish the rest of the system backs up creating an opportunity for autointoxication.
