‼️ Insurance is tricky. You pay all of this money in premiums and want to use your insurance. Trust me, we get it 😶

➡️ But not all insurance companies reimburse the same. This means in order for us to see patients 1-on-1 and provide the level of care that we do, we are only in-network with certain insurances.

Fortunately, we are out of network with MOST insurances!! 👍🏼😃

🙌🏼 And we also offer flexible and reasonable cash pay options! 👏🏼

⚠️ Remember, we are one of the few professions that spend 60 minutes with our patients!

Posterior tibialis tendonitis is a common overuse injury in runners.
�The tendon runs along the inside of the ankle and plays a major role in arch support and foot control.
Like most tendon injuries, complete rest isn’t the solution.�Tendons become painful when load exceeds capacity, not simply because they’re “inflamed.”
Physical therapy focuses on progressively rebuilding the tendon’s ability to tolerate load — so you can return to running with confidence.

This is one exercise I’ve been using recently for my own running-related ankle pain.
