Sensory Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes of slow, intentional relaxation designed to help your body soften.
Each session includes:
• a soothing head and scalp rub
• gentle touch across the upper back and shoulders
• a variety of calming sensory tools — brushes, combs, light rhythmic patterns
• optional sound elements to deepen the experience
The touch is light, steady, and regulated, focused on comfort and nervous system support. There’s real science behind why this works. Slow, predictable touch activates receptors in the skin that communicate safety to the brain. That signal can help shift the body into a parasympathetic state — lowering stress hormones, encouraging oxytocin release, and allowing muscles and breath to soften naturally.
