Sometimes rest can feel unsafe.

It can feel unsettling.
It can feel like you’re doing it wrong.

And you’re not.

If you’ve been living your life in constant go, go, go…
your brain has learned that pace as safe.

Because you’ve survived it.

So when you try to slow down, when you try to do something differently: your brain reads that as unfamiliar. And unfamiliar can feel unsafe.

Even if you’re sitting in a space that is completely safe.

So it sends out signals.
Restlessness. Anxiety. The urge to get up, fix something, do something.

Not because something is wrong with you, but because your body is trying to protect you.

This is your reminder to be gentle with yourself.

At The Salted Pixie, we don’t believe in bypassing emotions.

Find connection, understanding and validation in a safe, supportive and welcoming space where you have the opportunity to share the difficulties of every day life, explore your feelings, exchange ideas on ways to cope, or simply find comfort in knowing you are never alone.

Samantha is a local Intuitive Healer who holds a professional background working with adults, children and families across various areas within the social work and spiritual realm over the last 12+ years. She has a B.S. in Psychology and with that has worked in the educational systems, hospital in-patient setting, residential setting as well as in the community. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and a Non-Denominationally Ordained Minister.

Whether you are looking to embark on a healing journey, explore your spiritual path, lean into personal growth or simply find ways to help manage your day-to-day, she will meet you exactly where you're at and walk alongside you as you navigate this sometimes crazy thing called life.

But true regulation isn’t constant calm.

It’s the ability to move energy through the body safely.

Mindful screaming and vocal release give your body a place to discharge what it’s been holding — anger, grief, frustration, overwhelm — without harming yourself or anyone else.

In a world that asks you to stay quiet and composed, this is your permission to let it out.

This class is a guided journey into the history and science of screaming as medicine — how sound, volume, breath, and expression release stored tension and unprocessed emotions from the body. Tricia will lead you through intentional vocal release paired with heavy metal music, safe containers for expression, and space afterward to integrate and reflect.

This is not chaos — it’s catharsis.
It’s a way home to yourself.

Tricia is an extraordinary coach certified through the Brave Thinking Institute, currently developing her own transformational coaching program. As she grows deeper into her authentic self, she has begun exploring alternative healing modalities outside the limits of traditional Western medicine — especially those that help the body release what words alone cannot touch.
As a mother of four girls, Tricia has learned firsthand how powerful the heart is, how much it can hold, and how essential it is to have healthy pathways for release. Her work is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and helping others find their own voice — both literally and metaphorically.
