I will be returning to the work I love at the end of this month with existing clients. Openings will be available for new clients beginning the end of March.

In life, mental health should not be considered a luxury and to ensure that services are accessible I will be opening a limited number of self-pay time slots starting as low as $45 per 45 minutes beginning April 1st. All major insurances are also accepted.

The Invisible Backpack -

A Guided Group for Mothers Navigating the School Years

Motherhood during the school years often comes with an invisible backpack—filled with mental load, comparison, old wounds, expectations, and the constant pull to be everything, everywhere, all at once.

This therapy group offers a supportive space for moms to slow down, unpack what they’re carrying, and reconnect with themselves beneath the roles.

Together, we will explore:

• The mental and emotional load of school-age parenting.

• Comparison, guilt, and “doing enough” narratives.

• How inner-child experiences show up in current parenting styles.

• Boundaries, balance, and self-compassion.

• Practical tools for emotional regulation and nervous system support.

This group is for mothers seeking connection, reflection, and relief—without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.
