Fairlawn has been providing quality care rooted in Christian values to those 60+ for over 55 years.

A continuing care community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Rehab, Memory & Special Care, and Long-Term Care — all with compassionate, personalized support for your health and well-being. Established by the Mennonite Churches in Northwest Ohio, Fairlawn is a Christian based non-profit organization providing high quality services to residents of all denominations. Our belief is that every resident deserves respect, dignity and quality care.

-Independent Living Condominiums and Rental Apartments provide the safety and convenience of your own home, without the maintenance responsibilities.
-Assisted Living is available for those who need a little more help. Meals and laundry service are provided and staff is on hand to assist you.
-Memory Care is a growing need and our beautiful and caring Memory Neighborhood provides the comfort, care and therapy services residents need.
-Short Term Rehab can help you get back to your own home after a illness or surgery. Both inpatient and outpatient services are available.
-Long Term skilled care is provided with the care and concern you or your loved one deserves.

Earlier this month, we had a wonderful afternoon at Founders Hall! 🎶

Our Independent Living Residents enjoyed a beautiful performance by the Toledo Symphony Orchestra—an afternoon filled with music, joy, and great company.

The Archbold High School Band stopped by Fairlawn last week, and it was such a fun visit! 🎶 Our Independent Living residents loved the music, but even more, they enjoyed spending time with the students.

Celebrating 46 Years of Service – Happy Retirement, Karen! 🌟👏💙
Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as we honor Karen Schnur on her retirement after 46 years of dedicated service at Fairlawn. 💙

Karen began her journey as an STNA, faithfully caring for residents for many years, and most recently served in our Activities department, where she brought joy, connection, and compassion to so many. Her kindness, commitment, and heart for our residents have made a lasting impact on the Fairlawn community, and she will be deeply missed. 💙

We were honored to celebrate her with a retirement party surrounded by friends, residents, and colleagues who have been touched by her over the years. 🎂

Karen, thank you for 46 incredible years. Wishing you all the best in your well-deserved retirement! 💐

🍀 A Little Luck & A Lot of Fun!
Our St. Patrick’s Day Dinner was filled with great food, laughter, and plenty of festive spirit! 💚

Our Independent Living residents enjoyed a delicious meal of corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes, brown butter bread, and Baileys chocolate cream pie—served alongside festive non-alcoholic green beer, pub-style! 🍽️🍺

There were lots of smiles, great conversation, and time spent simply enjoying each other’s company. ☘️
