Equilibrium Health had a great time at the MS Walk in South Asheville Yesterday. I had a blast representing Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and supportive/complimentary options in health care. It was a beautiful day to be outside. Thanks to all who came out in support of the MS community.

Acupuncturists have always supported the limited use, or even no use, of ice on injured areas. Our contention is that it slowed down healing and prevented the body from adequately repairing the injured area. I am glad to see mainstream health is finally taking notice of something we have known for thousands of years. **yes, there are some times to use ice. See your acupuncturist for more details.
