Upcoming travel plans stressing you out? We've got you covered! Our mom friendly travel tips will help you get through TSA with ease! ✈️

Good news: Breast milk (and formula!) is exempt from TSA's 3-1-1 liquids rule, so you can bring as much as you need (yes, way more than 3.4 oz)!

Here are some more quick tips for smooth sailing at the airport:
✅ Tell the TSA agent you have breast milk BEFORE screening starts
✅ Use clear bottles when possible to speed things up
✅ Remove milk and frozen ice packs from your bag to be screened separately
✅ Large items like strollers and car seats will likely be inspected visually. Be sure to empty the pockets and baskets
