This week, try to set aside 30 ๐“ถ๐“ฒ๐“ท๐“พ๐“ฝ๐“ฎ๐“ผ every day to ๐“ฏ๐“ธ๐“ฌ๐“พ๐“ผ ๐“ฎ๐“ท๐“ฝ๐“ฒ๐“ป๐“ฎ๐“ต๐”‚ ๐“ธ๐“ท ๐”‚๐“ธ๐“พ. I challenge you to really take this on, really try it out fully and see what happens. Be creative with how you spend your 30 minutes.

Remember, you are worth the time and effort it takes to be healthy. You are worthy of being first. It is so easy, particularly as women, to put everyone in front of your own needs. We put our families, friends, and our jobs first, leaving remnants of time to take care of ourselves.

You deserve more than "what's left."
Love yourself enough to prioritize your needs. When you take care of yourself, you become better able to take care of those around you. You have the joy, energy and confidence to make their lives better because you made yours better first.

Learn to be โ„๐”ผ๐•Š๐•€๐•ƒ๐•€๐”ผโ„•๐•‹. Generally speaking, the happiest and emotionally healthiest people are also the most resilient โค๏ธ

They know how to adjust to the things happening around them and turn obstacles and problems into opportunities for personal growth. An added bonus is that resilient people tend to also have stronger immune systems.

Finding a balance between emotional sensitivity to whatโ€™s going on around us and the ability to bounce back and stay resilient helps us stay on our personal path in life.

There will always be setbacks in life that derail us, but itโ€™s our ability to bounce back that will keep us on our path to health and happiness.
